In what is like some perverse 12 days of Christmas, Iran has been making announcements each day in the lead up the the big anniversary day on 2/11. Stealth bombers, Uranium enrichment, unmanned attack drones.. robot warfare. Every day there is something new!

And it just gets more exciting as each day passes. What will they come up with next? From the religion that brings us ‘honor killings’; live burials of young girls for daring to speak with boys… okay, that’s unfair… in one recent case a father put a foot on his daughter’s throat until she died because she spoke with a soldier… I can’t wait to see what ‘punching the arrogance’ translates to in real terms.

Here’s a thought? How many nations have ships in the Persian Gulf at this exact moment? The flotilla of craft there to fight off Somalian Pirates in dinghies is impressive.

I read a report that suggests over twenty countries are represented. Is Pearl Harbor about to be re-enacted? Who knows?

When they say that 9/11 will look insignificant compared to what they have planned, well….?

Maybe we should have a guessing competition. See who can predict the ‘punch’. What’ll it be?

Fat Bastard – Out

We have a book being published called Memoirs of a Fat Bastard due out in 2010. It is the story of a fat bastard who made a change on September day in 2005. He went on to lose 115 pounds, ceased drinking booze and rebuilt his relationships with himself and others. He also changed career. And that’s a brief bio on me.

There will also be a ‘how to’ book, seminars, coaching and forums and mind altering drugs… no, not drugs! Mind altering CDs to help you with your progress, no matter what path you choose.

The most important thing to know about weight and being your ideal weight is … that as soon as you make the decision to be what you desire, you are already there. So much of what I will offer will be ‘mind food’.

The question of ‘decision’ is a difficult one. I have decided at least a hundred times in my life to diet. I have decided many thousands of times to ‘lose weight’. But what we think is a decision is not always a decision… In fact, most times we make tiny ‘blips’ on our radar to make us think we are doing something.

No more blips! Successful people are into making real decisions.
